How do I use MI Paste?
MI Paste works best when it can remain on your teeth longer. Therefore, we recommend applying it before bed, after you brush your teeth.
Apply a small amount of the paste onto your finger and rub it over all of your teeth’s surfaces. Avoid applying it with your toothbrush because the paste will smear into the bristles instead of your teeth.
